I’m not sure I pursued an artistic career. At times it feels more like the artistic urges pursued me. It would be analogous to asking a migratory bird why it chooses to fly south for thousands of miles every year. I think that it was only about two years ago that I realized I was/am an artist! My canvas is inside of a kitchen where I make amazing foods and where I use quality spices, flavorings, and other all natural ingredients.
