What’s the end goal?

It’s easy to get caught up in the day to day, but it’s important to stop ask: what’s the end goal? Knowing where you are trying to go is step one in getting there and so we’ve asked some folks we admire to tell us their end goal and where they want to be by the end of their careers.

The aspirations of someone like myself wouldn’t end with just fashion however, I am interested in doing my own fashion shows solely with me being the headline, on the contrary I thrive in seeing the beauty when others are successful and enjoying the moment. So my end goal has to consist of being able to expand success and wealth through out my community with whatever I do. I want to incorporate a mass of inspiration and tools for others to be able to use and succeed at it. Especially in my societal community . Read more>>

The end goal is to pour back into the industry by educating the newer generation of nail technicians. In a day and age of hacks to make things faster and easier many fundamental skills are being lost in lieu of doing things an “easier” way. If my electronics fail me I can continue my day primarily uninterrupted because the fundamental skills that I was taught by my amazing nail school instructor. After graduating and talking with other people over the years I realized most didn’t have the great experience that I did. That in addition to other experiences later in my career have led me to becoming an educator myself. I recently took the steps to obtain my nail instructors license so that I can begin professionally educating others on a one on one basis if they simply need a refresher or if they’re starting from the beginning and would like to become licensed. I’ve always said I want to be a regular household name. When you think of cakes or treats I want you to say oh let’s gets some Jassy’s Sweet Treats. I branded myself from the ground up.
