What will people say when you are gone?

So many of the folks we work with have multidimensional stories. They often aren’t just working on a single project, business or mission – instead they are often involved in so many things all at once and so we often wonder about what they themselves hope their legacy will be about. We’ve shared some of their responses with you below.
I want my legacy to be one reminiscent of the little girl who never fit in that grew up to embrace the freedom of creating her place in the world. As most children, I fought to be accepted, even when it made me uncomfortable. It wasn’t until I grew up that I got to see just how beautiful being myself truly is. I want to inspire all of the little awkward girls who dim their light in hope of fitting in. I want them to look at me and to be constantly reminded of how cool it can be to STAND OUT! Read more>>
Through content creation, whether it be written, visual, or audio, I will spread messages of hope, positivity, and enlightenment. I want my words and creations to continue to inspire and uplift people long after I’m gone. My work as a spiritual healer can touch the lives of many individuals, helping them find peace, healing, and a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. My legacy lies in the positive transformations I facilitate in people’s lives. I want people to remember me as a mentor, passing down the knowledge, wisdom and understanding of spirituality and how it relates to the manifestations of our lives. Read more>>
I would like people to remember me as someone who didn’t stop even when the odds were against me. The epitome of a hard-worker & fighter, I’d say. When it comes to my career I’ve met many different people who are motivated and inspired by my success, but great success comes with many trials and tribulations, and many failures. My journey as a musician wasn’t the easiest. I’ve had to beat many odds, denials, and fight against people who didn’t see or understand my vision. But with many people telling me “No”, I knew if I had no one else to depend on, the least I could do was become my biggest fan/supporter and continue telling myself “Yes”, despite any naysayers. God has a purpose for everyone’s lives and God instills certain talents and missions in our heart. I truly believe God blessed me with the ability to speak, motivate and use my voice as a vessel to bless others. I want people to remember me as my true authentic & artistic self. I am not perfect, I haven’t had it super easy and I still fall short sometimes but in the end, I am a creative who has faced many hardships but never quit and don’t plan on it. Even if I may need to take a break, I will resurface and win! My legacy will be my willpower and determination to succeed which will then lead me to establishing generational wealth for my family and forward. Read more>>
This is an awesome question. I would want people to remember that I never gave up, I wrote amazing books, I threw some really great events. And above all I was a darn good mother, I was genuinely a great person with a heart of gold. Read more>>
I want to be remembered as one of a kind. There’s a lot of drag performers gigging around and i appreciate the growth and visibility drag has received. However even though I see numerous similarities, there is truly only one Yutoya. The comedy, the vocals, the CROCS and especially my music. How I always wanted to be in every single show or on every stage I could. Even if it meant double booking myself. Read more>>
