The values and principle that matter most to me are integrity and authenticity, which are closely connected.
* Integrity means staying true to my values, being honest, and doing what’s right even when it’s hard or no one is watching. It’s essential for building trust in any relationship, personal or professional.
* Authenticity is about being real, showing up as my true self, and being honest with both myself and others, even when it’s vulnerable or uncomfortable. Together, they guide me toward a life that’s genuine, meaningful, and rooted in trust. The Practice of Yoga is intended to create connection not just within us, but with what is around us.
