We asked the community what factors they felt were responsible for their success and we’ve highlighted some of those responses below.

Cara DeLalla  | Meatball Aficionado

The success of our brand goes beyond the food. The relationships and bonds we create with our customers runs as deep as family. We remember your face, your name, your order because we genuinely care about every person who walks through our doors. When you dine at Meatballerz, you can genuinely taste the love in the food. We pour our heart and soul into everything we do and always strive to be better even when it seems there’s no room for improvement. Read more>>

Sound Culture | Reggae/Rock Band

Drive. The determination to keep going to achieve our goals. After we recorded our first EP, we got a little taste of what it’s like to have successfully written, recorded and distributed music that we wrote ourselves. I have met so many great business contacts, just by talking about my brand wherever I go. Read more>>

Patrick Bryant | Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Clinical Director

In a word, the most important factor behind my success as a therapist is “authenticity.” This lesson didn’t come easy. As a male therapist, I’m in the gender minority within my field. I had exceptional training from some great women, and caught myself striving to be them, so that I could one day have the impact they had in helping their clients. I learned that, in order for me to do what I do, and with the many men with whom I work, I had to find my own approach. Read more>>

Jeff McKerley | Artistic Director

The most important factor behind the success of The Atlanta Musical Theatre Festival is the amazing team we have. All of us love live theatre (not just musical theatre)! We all love what we do to support new and exciting works! Without this amazing, passionate, driven team, the AMTF would not be where it is today. So, surround yourself with people who share the same passion as you. You won’t be sorry. Read more>>
