Who Moved My Cheese? by Spencer Johnson, MD. I first read this book when I was 20 and a few years later during the recession, the company I was working for gave the entire staff a copy. It is on my yearly must-read for a few reasons. The book is simple yet extraordinarily effective. It is a story about change and handling change.
