We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Bartholemew and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, why did you pursue a creative career?
I’ve always had a passion for creating. I love the feeling of putting something together and getting to see the final product while knowing all the work that was put in behind the scenes to make art come to life! Ever since I was little, I’ve said I want to work a job that doesn’t feel like I’m working because I enjoy it so much. Being able to turn my passion for creativity into a source of income is a beautiful feeling!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My art is all about storytelling and capturing real moments, things people go through every day but don’t always talk about. I love creating work that feels honest and relatable, whether it’s through a short film, a photo, or a piece of content. I want people to see my work and feel like, “Yeah… I’ve been there.”

What sets me apart is how I mix emotion, humor, and intention into everything I do. I don’t just create to create, I do it with purpose. I’m most proud of how far I’ve come by trusting my voice and staying true to my vision, even when the journey hasn’t been easy.

It definitely wasn’t always smooth. There were moments I doubted myself, questioned if I was doing enough, or if I was even on the right path. But every challenge taught me something, and I kept showing up, even when it was hard. That consistency got me to where I am today.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know about me and my brand, it’s that I’m building something meaningful. My goal is to create stories that make people feel seen, heard, and inspired to keep going!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Issa Rae and Quinta Brunson are two women in the media industry that have inspired me tremendously! I admire how they were both able to take everyday experiences — things we all see and go through — and turn them into stories that resonate with their audiences and become amazing shows!
