We had the good fortune of connecting with Marquis Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Marquis, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned from my business is marketing. How you promote and present yourself and your brand willl bring the audience. Also taught me to keep trying new ideas and never give up.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I really think what separates me from others are my ideas and creativity. I bring a unique style to street fashion. I’m most proud of how far I’ve came from learning the business aspect of having a clothing brand. Very excited about what the future holds for me and my brand. I’m also proud of the support that I’ve manage to maintain. I’ve done research and obtain as much knowledge as possible from various clothing brands and fashion designers. Taking a business course in college also helped me professionally..The process was easy because i already had a vision of my brand and what I want to work with to make it a household name. Times get difficult with reviving new ideas that will appeal to the customers but you got to keep faith, and trust that your work is definite. I want to give the world a new sight in street fashion. To let them know, to own and trust your ideas and creativity. Make your existence while you’re here, unforgettable, LIVE EPIK!
