We had the good fortune of connecting with Latrina Caldwell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Latrina, what do you attribute your success to?
You are your brand , you must represent at all times. Be persistent and consistent with your goals. Make self-care a priority so that your business will get its proper nurturing to lead towards success. Promote yourself the brand in the best way. Success is a mindset and a way of living. It also look different for every individual. Never measure success by someone else’s successes. Your path is for you. Keep you the brand top priority and success will follow.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am most proud of my personal growth. I have worked many long days and nights to advocate change within our community. During this time I had to do a lot of self-reflection in order to deal with my personal issues so that I can become a better version of myself. With the grace of GOD and the faith of a mustard seed I made it through. I did learn that I don’t have to limit myself to appease someone else. I want to know that my brand represents strength and power. Make your choice to choose you.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Minnesota is cold and beautiful. We would visit the Mall If America, it is the worlds largest mall. We will go eat some good soul food @ Mama Shelias and Ricks Soul food. We will go visit the George Floyd site. We will visit the beautiful downtown Minneapolis and visit the theatre. There is so many amazing things to do here.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shout out GOD first and foremost. My family is my biggest support system. My amazing team that believe in me. Also to my extended supports my SUCCESSFUL WOMEN ON THE MOVE LADIES & Pretty Women Hustle Magazine.
