Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My approach to cleaning as an art form sets me apart from others. Through creative video editing and community-building, I transform mundane cleaning tasks into an engaging experience, sharing inspiration and fun facts along the way. What I’m most proud of is establishing a community where cleaners can thrive, leveraging my 14 years of professional experience in film, entertainment, and marketing. I don’t just sell cleaning services; I empower cleaners to explore their potential, whether it’s through writing books, developing products, or starting their own businesses in the cleaning industry.
The journey wasn’t easy, but I overcame challenges with consistency, growth, and motivation, drawing on my creative passions like rug-making and music. My diverse experience in various cleaning roles equipped me with the skills needed to navigate the industry intricacies, from deep cleaning to managing contracts and equipment.
Ultimately, I want the world to know that I’m not just about cleaning; I’m passionate about film and the arts. My favorite cleaning community is a hub for success, offering tools, tips, and entertainment tailored for cleaners’ overall growth and achievement. As I continue on my path, I aspire to become a household name, bringing entertaining shows and scripts to elevate the cleaning industry’s narrative.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
As a foodie connoisseur, my week is packed with thrilling adventures, exquisite dining experiences, and a touch of art appreciation. On Monday, we’ll kick off the week with a visit to the High Museum to admire its impressive art pieces. Then, we’ll soar to new heights aboard the Ferris wheel at Skyview Atlanta to catch breathtaking views of the city. Afterward, we’ll take a leisurely walk on the BeltLine and indulge in delicious Italian cuisine at Sotto Sotto.
Tuesday is all about high-speed fun at Andretti’s race track and bowling alley, followed by a delightful picnic dinner at Piedmont Park.
Wednesday’s agenda includes a shopping spree at Lenox Mall and a sumptuous dining experience at Chops Steakhouse, where we’ll savor fine steak and stroll towards the Aria for scenic views and laughter.
Thursday is reserved for artistic pursuits at Splatter Studio, where we’ll unleash our creativity and then enjoy dinner at La Grotta Ristorante, known for its cave dining experience and delectable Italian dishes.
Friday is dedicated to fun-filled excursions, starting with visits to the Daiquiri Factory and the Candy Factory, followed by thrilling rollercoaster rides at Six Flags.
Saturday promises rooftop delights at Polaris, where we’ll enjoy spinning views of the city and indulge in the ultimate blue dome dessert. Dinner awaits at Ponce City Market, followed by more shopping adventures.
Sunday begins with a serene morning of fishing in Lagrange, Georgia, where we’ll catch bass before heading to Barnes & Noble for a good book. We’ll end the week on a savory note with a delicious shepherd’s pie dinner from Bistro Niko. It’s shaping up to be the best week ever! Cleaners need to eat and have fun too!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to Jan Pro Cleaning Systems for providing me with the start in the commercial cleaning business as a franchise owner. Additionally, I’m grateful to my family – my mom, brother, children, and grandmother – for their unwavering support during my entrepreneurial journey, especially when I started my first cleaning business at the age of 18. I also want to acknowledge the teachers from various companies I’ve worked for as an independent contractor and employee, whose guidance and expertise have been invaluable. Lastly, credit goes to all the organizational books and tips and tricks shared by fellow cleaners, whose insights have contributed significantly to my success.
