Meet Jazmyne Butler: Real Estate Entrepreneur and Blogger

Hi Jazmyne, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Homeownership is such a dream for so many people, and I get to be a small part of making someone’s dream come true. The start of my journey in real estate began when I was a teenager. My mother purchased her home and was not adequately represented, which led to a passion for me to provide access to homeownership with proper representation for everyone. I can relate to my clients – their story is my story, and I fight hard for them.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I get the privilege to be a Realtor and real estate entrepreneur in Metro Atlanta. I specialize in residential real estate, and I’m dedicated to educating and encouraging people toward homeownership. I love to be the go-to woman for all things “home and real estate” in my circles. With my Revival at Home Instagram and Blog, I share ways to revive the home and encourage my clients, friends, and community to become homeowners. My priority is educating and encouraging my clients. So many of them have felt like they would have never been able to purchase a home, many first generation homeowners. My standard is to always represent my clients’ best interests. I believe a key factor in my success is learning to be myself. In real estate especially, there are so many models to follow and gurus to mimic. The more I embraced and honed my natural skills, personality, and experience, I began to grow my business. People want authenticity, and I’m committed to that.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
These days, I think if out-of-town friends were visiting, we’d keep it lowkey. We’ve been distant and disconnected for so long due to the pandemic, and I think that my friends would appreciate unplugging and connecting. Throughout our week together, we’d visit local shops and restaurants and find great parks to enjoy.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My mother absolutely deserves so much credit in my story. An enduring example of kindness and selflessness, she has displayed be best qualities consistently throughout my entire life. There’s no possible way that I’d be where I am in life without the opportunities that she’s allowed me to have because of her many sacrifices and hard work.
