We had the good fortune of connecting with Helen Crawford and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Helen, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
The most invaluable lesson I have come to learn from my business journey is the importance of patience in fostering success. As a business owner, mastering patience proves to be one of the most formidable challenges. Reflecting on the myriad of near-miss decisions stemming from impatience, I’m humbled by the realization that patience is not only a virtue but a necessity. Gratefully, through introspection and divine guidance, I’ve cultivated patience for both myself and my business. This newfound virtue instills a profound sense of confidence, reassuring me that what is meant for me will come to fruition in due time.

What should our readers know about your business?
As a proud owner of Every Last Petal, a floral company born from a moment of inspiration and dedication, I recall the genesis of its name with fondness. Drawn from the pages of a beloved book, “Every Last Word,” the transformation of “word” to “petal” struck me as a symbol of elegance and originality, embodying the essence of what I envisioned for my floral venture. Every Last Petal specializes is crafting bespoke arrangements, orchestrating romantic setups, and curating unique experiences. What distinguishes us is our unwavering commitment to excellence, manifested through the meticulous selection of fresh, high quality blooms and our penchant for innovative and luxurious presentation. Our aim is to leave recipients awe-inspired by the beauty and sentimentality of our floral gestures. The journey to establish Every Last Petal amidst the rigors of business school and full-time work has been a challenging one. Yet, every obstacle surmounted has only reinforced my passion and resolve. The sacrifices made pale in comparison to the fulfillment derived from nurturing this labor of love. Indeed, the pursuit of excellence in every petal is a testament to my unwavering dedication to the craft and the unwavering support of those who believe in the vision.
