Meet Grady Demarcus Holland: Founder/ CEO of The Destination Manhood Collective

We had the good fortune of connecting with Grady Demarcus ( GD ) Holland and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Grady Demarcus ( GD ), we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
Great Question, essentially patience/ perseverance. Every business entity is started with a vision, with expectations, and sometimes delusions of grandeur. We all have short term and long term goals based on predetermined time constraints. It’s easy to become discouraged with the actual process and the support that we receive. Patience is a willingness to endure, which is an absolute requirement when starting any business venture. Perseverance is a byproduct of patience. In order to persevere you have to have the tenacity, dedication , & fortitude to remain committed to the vision. I’m extremely passionate about our organizations mission, it’s my legacy; so if we only help a handful, instead of thousands; I can acknowledge that our work was not in vain.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Aspiring Author, Inspirational Speaker, Difference Maker .My life experiences could be an example for our target demographic( at risk youth) in addition to the work that we do as a community organization.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
