We had the good fortune of connecting with Falli, Atlanta REALTOR® [@sincerely_falli] and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Falli, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
Tenacity and Patience are key.
What should our readers know about your business?
I possess a number of years working in the sports and entertainment industry managing talent, contractual deals (with leagues, players associations, teams, athletes, sports analysts, sports tv networks, hall of fame, etc), and double-digit million dollar partnerships. Although the niche of my real estate business is servicing clients in the sports and entertainment industry, I also work with clients at any stage of their buying and selling experience.
When obtaining representation, not only can clients expect to receive stellar service but also education on both – the importance of and how to build generational wealth through real estate.
How did you get to where you are today business-wise?
I’ve worked in Corporate for years helping accelerate the businesses of Fortune 100 Companies – including over half of my corporate career spent with the largest beverage Company headquartered in Atlanta. Although fully enjoying my roles, I had to also ask myself “What am I building for Falli?”….A question I couldn’t answer, yet quickly realized the importance an answer played in establishing my personal legacy. Out of that moment, my passion & experience jump started my entrepreneurial journey as a Georgia Realtor.
What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I’m the ultimate social butterfly filled with high energy, warm laughter, and a big heart. I absolutely love networking, giving back, and establishing lasting relationships. My Top 4 “can’t live withouts” include Sports, Craft Cocktails, Avocados, and Islands…yes avocados lol. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Mon-Sat would include a professional sporting event – Falcons, Hawks, Braves, or Atlanta United (depending on the season),
Pre or Post Dinner Drinks at The Garden Room & Biltong Bar, Dinner at Little Alley Buckhead, Taco Tuesday at Bar Taco, Rooftop Nights at the Regent Cocktail Club,
Spa Day at Four Seasons, Day Outing at Chateau Elan. Ending the week long trip on Sunday with a Champagne Brunch at Secreto.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’m dedicating my shout out to my beloved late sister – my best friend and biggest cheerleader in establishing my business. It’s all because of her.
