Meet Cynthia Johnson | Esthetician and GA Realtor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cynthia Johnson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cynthia, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Success can be perceived and measured by each individual on different levels, Personally I base my success on my ability to achieve my goals, balance family/work and my happiness. Im a goal setter and with that being said everything I put my mind to I set deadlines and work hard to complete those goals. I continue to self-educate, take classes and read informative articles to provide my clients with imperative information and services. Being excellent in my craft and ensuring my brand represents my work ethic is very important. Faith and family is very important to me! I pride myself in being a mom and being a provider. I’m their role model so my personal success is a guide and inspiration for them. I’m a very optimistic person and I very rarely let things that I cannot control affect me. I learned early on and committed to telling myself, if I can’t change it don’t let it change my mood. Yes much easier said than done but I’ve pretty much lived by the motto which in turn has helped guide me through my journey.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a professional Esthetician who has always worked by myself in a cozy private suite. I love that my clients have the privacy that most desire. I very much appreciate my clients! Being a sole proprietor and being relevant for 17 years is so amazing! I really sit and revel on this accomplishment! I believe I’m where I’m at business-wise is due to me being dependable, helpful, friendly and being professional. We all have “days” but I try my very best to make sure my clients are treated impeccably each time I see them and I never would project anything other than professionalism.
I’ want the world to know that anything you really want you can achieve. I work hard and my hard work pays off. Chase your dreams and don’t let anyone tell you that it’s impossible..

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well I often host my friends who come to Atl from my hometown, Indianapolis. I love Buckhead so we usually do a little shopping at Lenox and Phipps plaza. Some of my favorites eateries are dantannas, Houston’s, Ponce City Market, Chops, and Continental.
Living near the Battery is awesome! We might catch a braves game or just take in the fun things to do at the battery,
Atlanta is an amazing place there’s always something fun to do.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mom deserves the credit! As a single mom she did her best to ensure we had the necessities to become successful adults. Our struggles inspired me to be more.. to want more to work hard for everything I want and deserve.
