We had the good fortune of connecting with Brittney Price and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brittney, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
In my opinion, balance doesn’t exist. I think we must be present and active in moments that are presented to us. Life requires so much from us so the best thing we can do is be present in every area while we have the moment. I think it’s impossible to find a happy medium when business and life pick up together. Just be PRESENT in all situations.

I became this person with this type of brand… self development/motivational by not giving up in my own life. It wasn’t easy, I started over from scratch with a one year old and got everything back plus more. I overcame it all by understanding the power of my mind. I had to build my mind day in and day out. The outside world no longer existed, I begin to isolate and work on me and then came elevation. The biggest lesson I learned was… “You are a product of your belief system.” I want the world to know that my brand started because I was in the process of doing everything I preach. My techniques are all tested and approved! #pricelessmotivation

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If I had a friend to come visit Birmingham, Alabama hmmm. I would take them to to lake Martin, The Vulcan Trail and oak mountain. There we can zip line, paddle boat, rent a boat, have a picnic n etc. We have several bars and I would bar hop through the week. We can go to the upper deck for karaoke, the perfect note for some live vibes, tin roof for some diverse vibes or the lake view strip itself. SEC bar and lounge for some good vibes and food as well. Taco mama for some good sangria’s and conversation as well. We would have to hit my favorite waffle house as well..LOL. I can’t say which one because it’s a secret. There are several more spots, I’m a very spontaneous person so we would do lots of impromptu stuff. Birmingham has lots of things you can do, you just have to know where to go.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shauntoria Craver. I had most of my events cancelled in 2020 due to Covid. Ms. Craver extended the invitation for me to speak at her event and I booked several events after that during the pandemic. She pushed the envelope when people were scared and cancelling events. Thanks Tori!
