We had the good fortune of connecting with Bridget Rowser and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bridget, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My first thought was to become my own boss, but as I reflected more deeply, my vision evolved. I wanted the freedom and time to give back by mentoring others, guiding them to create, grow, and step into their true potential. Building my own business wasn’t just about financial success—it was about creating a legacy where my money worked for me, not the other way around, and ensuring that my children would have something to build upon for their own futures.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets me apart is my ability to transform pain into purpose. My journey—from overcoming domestic violence, single motherhood at a young age, and the heartbreaking loss of my son, to becoming a successful entrepreneur, author, and pastor—has shaped my passion for helping others heal and grow. I am most proud of the impact I’ve made through my nonprofit, Sister My Sister Inc., my faith-based coaching, and my businesses that empower women to rebuild their lives and create lasting legacies.

Getting to where I am today professionally was not easy. I faced setbacks, grief, financial struggles, and moments of self-doubt. But my faith, resilience, and determination to create a better future for myself and my children pushed me forward. I overcame challenges by staying committed to my purpose, investing in personal growth, and surrounding myself with a strong support system.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that adversity does not define you—your response to it does. I want the world to know that my brand is about faith, resilience, empowerment, and legacy. Whether through my books, coaching, or businesses, my mission is to lead others to heal, create, and become everything they were meant to be.
