We had the good fortune of connecting with Anya Smith and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Anya, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, my aspiration to pursue a career in this field was clear. Building generational wealth is essential, and one of the critical keys to sustaining a long-lasting business is entering a career with enduring value. The real estate industry exemplifies this, as housing remains a constant and essential need regardless of economic conditions. It is truly an honor to help families choose a place to create memories, assist in launching investment portfolios, and more.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My career began at the young age of nineteen when I intentionally graduated high school two years early to get a head start on real life. If given the chance, I would make the same decision again.

After failing the test twice, I almost didn’t want to attempt it a third time. Little did I know, that moment would become the pinnacle of my life.
Consistently trying, failing, and succeeding in this business has given me the endurance to handle anything life may throw at me.

While my primary service area encompasses the metro Atlanta region and select northern Atlanta cities, I am dedicated to assisting you in finding the perfect property. If your needs extend beyond my service area, I will gladly connect you with a qualified agent who can best meet your requirements.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If you are seeking options in Atlanta with a variety of restaurants and activities, or simply a pleasant place for a walk, consider starting at The Battery, Westside Provisions, or The Beltline. These locations offer excellent opportunities for a quick, and entertaining night out. Additionally, The Battery features an enjoyable movie theater!

For those who prefer plant-based dining, Planta in Buckhead is my current favorite vegan spot. If you’re in the mood for an outdoor lunch or BBQ, Piedmont Park is the perfect choice.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to extend gratitude to my family and friends for their unwavering support, encouragement, prayers, and, as cliché as it may sound, their steadfast belief in me.
