The role changes dramatically in each role you could take in this field. With that you also have a number of government entities that you might be responsible for complying with such as OSHA and the EPA. One thing about the industry that I feel outsiders are unaware of is probably the mental ability it takes to be an entrepreneur and balance out life, yourself, your kids etc. I don’t think people understand the hurt behind thinking your family and friends are going to support you more than strangers. People withholding information because they know if you get it you gone make something out of it! I had to learn people envy when you start triggering the parts of them you’re exceeding in.
