The first quote that comes to mind are the Reiki Principals. “Just for today I will not worry. Just for today I will not anger. I will honor my teachers, family, neighbors, & friends. Just for today I will live honestly. Just for today I will be kind to all living things, including myself.” There are different variations out there but this is how I say it to myself for my personal Reiki Practice.
