Meet Jarman Brown: Motivational Speaker and Instructor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jarman Brown and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jarman, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risk is a huge factor when it comes to entrepreneurship. There are days when you get only a little of sleep. Risk comes with sacrifices. Sacrificing daily activities that you once did, to now not doing them anymore. When taking risk you have to constantly prepare and change your mindset. The risk came with struggles. But the struggles turned into positive outcomes.

What should our readers know about your business?
Being a teacher and a motivational speaker has truly impacted my life. The creation of Women Instinctive is the excitement. The vision came to me when I least expected. I was going through a cycle in my life to where I felt that it was time to make a difference and give back. This journey took time and effort and a lot of strategic planning. This planning was not easy. I had to write down my vision first then I had to execute a strategy to form a plan. The lessons I learned is that write down your plan first. Have everything in a timeline format. This should come natural because this is your vision. Be confident when creating. World, I want you all to know that my business was created to fulfill and spread the knowledge of personal protection to the ladies across the world. This plan is implemented to build confidence and structure of the mind. This confidence will grow the mindset, so that ladies will be able to react and protect naturally when a situation has risen “Women Instinctive”
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting I would take her/him to the gun range. If this was a week long trip, I would take them to the park, nice restaurant, amusement park. In my opinion the best places to check out would be good places. All different kinds I assume everyone likes to eat. Being able to see the different types of foods being cooked is amazing.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I thank God first, parents, friends and mentors. They all played a huge roll in my life. Through there wisdom and teaching allowed me to create a testimonial teaching to give back to others. Especially the women in our society.
