Meet Emanuele Feudale Foti | Ema Feud | Electronic Music Producer, DJ & Live Performer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Emanuele Feudale Foti and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Emanuele, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I believe the most important factor behind my success has been consistency. In electronic music, talent is important, but what really makes a difference is showing up every day, continuing to learn, and staying committed to your artistic vision even when results don’t come immediately. I’ve always focused on developing my own sound rather than following trends, and I think audiences connect with authenticity. Building a career in music is a long-term process, and patience, discipline, and passion have been the key elements behind my growth as an artist.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started studying music at the age of five, and my first instrument was the violin. Over the years, I pursued a classical music education and eventually graduated from the Conservatory, which gave me a strong musical foundation and a deep understanding of composition, harmony, and performance.
A few years ago, I became fascinated by electronic music and started experimenting with DAWs, driven by the desire to create something original and personal. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a passion. To further develop my skills, I moved from Sicily to Milan to study electronic music production, a decision that completely changed the course of my career.
Since launching my discography in 2024, my music has reached listeners all over the world, accumulating more than 30 million streams on Spotify. Today, I am proud to be among the 100 most-streamed Italian DJ producers globally. As a child, I dreamed of releasing my own music and being heard by people around the world. Seeing that dream become reality is something I will never take for granted.
What sets me apart is the combination of my classical background and my passion for modern electronic production. I try to bring musicality, emotion, and technical knowledge into every track while maintaining a contemporary sound that connects with today’s audience.
The journey has not been easy. Like many artists, I have faced uncertainty, sacrifices, and countless hours of learning and self-improvement. Moving away from home, building a career from scratch, and navigating such a competitive industry required persistence and belief in my vision. The biggest lesson I have learned is that consistency is more important than instant results. Success is built one step at a time.
While I am grateful for everything I have achieved so far, I feel that this is only the beginning. The road ahead is still long and challenging, but I am excited about the future. Above all, I want people to know that my story is proof that passion, dedication, and hard work can turn a childhood dream into reality.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend came to visit Milan for a week, I would want them to experience both the cultural side of the city and its nightlife, because that balance really reflects how I live and create music here.
I would start with the historical center: walking through the iconic Duomo di Milano and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, then stopping by Teatro alla Scala to connect with the city’s deep musical tradition. It’s a great way to understand the cultural foundation that Milan is built on.
For a more creative and contemporary vibe, I would take them to Brera, visiting the Pinacoteca di Brera and exploring the neighborhood’s atmosphere. I’d also stop by areas like 10 Corso Como and the Bosco Verticale, which represent the modern, design-driven side of the city.
For daytime inspiration and food, I’d spend time around Navigli, enjoying aperitivo by the canals and places like Mag Café, which has a very creative and relaxed atmosphere—perfect for conversations and ideas.
Food is also a big part of the experience, so I’d definitely go to places like Dry Milano, which mixes pizza and cocktail culture in a very Milanese way, and Ceresio 7 Pools & Restaurant for a rooftop dinner with a view of the city. For aperitivo, something like Terrazza Aperol is always a great stop.
At night, I would show them Milan’s club culture, going to venues like Magazzini Generali, Fabrique Milano, or Volt Club, depending on the night and the lineup. That’s where the city really connects with my world as a DJ and producer.
To finish the week, I’d slow things down with a walk in Parco Sempione or even a day trip to Lake Como, to balance the intensity of the city with some nature and calm.
Overall, I think Milan is a city that constantly switches between elegance, chaos, creativity, and energy—very similar to the way I approach music.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to everyone who has supported me throughout my journey, especially my family, my girlfriend and close friends, who have always encouraged me to pursue music and believe in my vision. Their support has been invaluable during both the exciting moments and the challenging ones.
I would also like to recognize the artists, promoters, collaborators, and members of the electronic music community who have inspired me and helped me grow along the way. Every conversation, collaboration, performance, and shared experience has contributed to shaping me as both an artist and a person.
Finally, I’d like to thank everyone who listens to my music and attends my shows. Their energy, feedback, and connection are what motivate me to keep creating and pushing forward.
