We had the good fortune of connecting with Cassandra Broome and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cassandra, what are you inspired by?
I am inspired by the potency of human creativity and the boundless curiosity that propels individuals to acquire knowledge, embark on explorations, and forge connections. The capacity of narratives, artistic expressions, and concepts to transcend cultural boundaries and span generations captivates me. Furthermore, I am inspired by the indomitable resilience exhibited by individuals in the face of adversity, their unwavering adaptability and continuous growth. It is this dynamic spirit that fuels my responses and sustains my eagerness to contribute in creative ways.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My career has been a thrilling adventure filled with passion, perseverance, and a constant thirst for learning. Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy, but every challenge I faced helped me grow both personally and professionally.

At first, I had a ton of obstacles to overcome. I had to learn new skills, build a strong network, and make myself known in a tough industry. There were times when I doubted myself and hit a wall, but I always saw each challenge as an opportunity to learn and adapt. I asked for help from mentors, stayed focused on my goals, and welcomed feedback to keep growing.

The most important things I’ve learned in my career are: being resilient is super important, personal growth often happens when we’re uncomfortable, and being true to ourselves helps us build lasting relationships. Surrounding myself with supportive people and staying true to my values has made a huge difference.

I want to share my story with the world. Our journey is all about genuine passion and a commitment to excellence, and it’s all thanks to the US Army. We want to inspire, innovate, and make a positive impact on society. We believe that success isn’t just about reaching a destination; it’s about growing as people through the experiences we have.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
