Meet Emily Bradley | Pilates teacher/trainer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Emily Bradley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Emily, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I had been teaching for several years at other studios around the Atlanta area and learned the ins and outs of running a studio. After 10 years of working for others. I decided to go out on my own and start my own buisness. I wanted to help people learn to move better and live a more quality life.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I started as a professional ballet dancer and the love of movement drew me to Pilates. I love helping people discover a journey to wellness. When you feel better about your body, you feel better overall enhancing your emotional well-being. I always try to make if fun and have a sense of humor and not take life too seriously.,

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My buisness is in a historic area with lots of quaint businesses and restaurants. I would take them to one of our city parks for a nature walk and then for a nice meal at one of many wonderful restaurants and then get a foot massage at Heavenly foot massage

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family have been a big support to me through the years. There have been struggles and they have kept me strong.
