We had the good fortune of connecting with Angel Langdon and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Angel, what role has risk played in your life or career?
The past 3 years I have been super intentional about taking risks and getting out of my comfort zone!! I started with traveling by plane for the first time ever alone! I then moved to California for missions. Being in California away from all I’ve ever known was so scary but it taught me freedom and that there was so much to see and learn!
I also learned more about media in California and I got to take risk with that. That’s when my passions for making videos really took off!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I love taking photos and videos and editing them!! I have always been super passionate about photography!! I’ve probably had 10 cameras my whole life because I love them so much!
When I spent time in California I got to learn from such talented and smart creatives!! I have a hard time learning but getting to watch them and sit under them was so fun and easy!! There are so many rules in photography/videography and i definitely don’t know them all haha But it’s so fun to break them and be free to be creative!! I’ve learned not every video I put a ton of time and love in isn’t gonna be everyone’s cup of tea and sometimes videos I don’t love and throw together some people will love! It’s been a hard balance learning what’s gonna get views or not. I have learned that if I like it I should post it even if it only gets 5 views because it’s something I love! I also want to be open and close minded when it comes to creative styles so it’s been so fun to try new things out!!
I honestly just want people to see God through my content. I want to see He is freedom and He is joy and peace! He’s the reason I’m alive today!!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would love a late afternoon early evening walking around Harris lake!!
I honestly love to hangout out mine or a friends house and just talk!! I love quality time!!
I would also take them to Fiiz drinks for the besttt dirty soda haha

Jesus is the reason I’m creative and can take risks so I’m so thankful for Him
