Hi saniya, how did you come up with the idea for your business?
I started my makeup artist business because of my love for artistry and transforming people’s looks. I always enjoyed experimenting with makeup and realized I could help others feel confident for special occasions. Seeing the joy in clients’ faces inspired me to turn my passion into a full-time career.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Starting my makeup artistry business has been both exciting and challenging. I’m still in the early stages, learning to be patient and mastering my craft. It hasn’t been easy—there are struggles with building a client base and perfecting every look—but my passion keeps me going. I’ve learned the importance of persistence, growth, and truly listening to clients. My goal is to give everyone their dream look, making them feel confident and beautiful. I want the world to know that my brand is built on dedication, creativity, and the desire to enhance each person’s unique beauty.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I took my best friend to Milan, we’d explore the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and visit the Last Supper. We’d eat at Trattoria Milanese, enjoy aperitivos at Navigli, and shop in Brera. For a day trip, we’d visit Lake Como, soaking in culture, fashion, and scenic beauty.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family deserves the biggest credit for supporting my makeup artistry dream. They believed in my vision from the start, motivating me to pursue my passion. Their constant encouragement and faith in my abilities gave me the confidence to take risks, grow, and ultimately turn my dream into reality.
