Hi Temilade, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting my own lash extension business was a natural progression for me. I saw a growing demand for high-quality lash services and recognized an opportunity to provide that in my community. I was passionate about beauty and wanted to create a space where clients could feel pampered and confident. Plus, being my own boss allowed me to express my creativity and build something from the ground up.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I would say I have different ways of expressing my art the number 1 way I do it is through lash extensions I love that it makes me excited ,also gives me joy everytime and challenge me in more ways than one
I would say what sets me apart from others would be my passion because my love for what I do shows in every single client.
And it wasn’t easy and still isn’t easy everyday I have choose to do it and keep myself motivated because like any business there are ups and downs.
And how I overcome that is by remembering the end goal .

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I live in a very big city with so much to do
Start the day with brunch at West Egg Café for some delicious Southern-inspired dishes.
Visit the Georgia Aquarium to explore the underwater world and see amazing marine life.
Grab dinner at Ponce City Market, where you can choose from a variety of food stalls and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
End the day with drinks and live music at Blind Willie’s, a legendary blues club in the city. Have dinner at Bacchanalia for an upscale dining experience featuring seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Honestly my biggest motivation as and will always be my mum she has always supported since I was 7 years old picking up a lipstick ,she allowed to be creative and grow into myself with no judgement or discouragement.
And of course the people around me who keep supporting my crazy and ideas and my big dreams no matter how unattainable they seem.
