We had the good fortune of connecting with David Lee Spencer Je and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi David Lee, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My business thought process was to live comfortably, get away from 9-5, and start something that I can actually own.

 

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My art, I capture moments on film. What set me apart from others is, I care about your vision and will always get it perfect to everyone liking. I pay attention to detail and love doing what I do. I am excited about taking this journey to success and being humble to meet everyone. I got here by never giving up, believing in my self when no one else did, be disciplined and accept constructive criticism, it was not easy at all. I almost gave up because I felt like no onne in my organization believe in me and didn’t want to help me get better. I overcame everything by proving my self right. Not doing things to impress others. Only to impress your self and do it for your self. I learned that perfect your craft for your self. Once you. Take extra steps and drive extra miles to better your craft, people will come to you. I want the world to know to NEVER give up and know your worth.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Really no where because there nothing much to do where I am from. If I had to guess, maybe a Alabama football game

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shout out my high school media program cats tv who really help jump start my career, I would like to give recognition to Nick Macon who really helped me strive to be better than I ever been and never giving up on me. Robert Johnson for teaching me everything about starting my business and motivating me to start one, my parents to allow me to go to college and take me places that matters to my career
