We had the good fortune of connecting with Kesher Graham and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kesher, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
When it comes to deciding whether to persevere or to throw in the towel, I’ve always held firm to a few guiding principles. Determination has been a cornerstone of my character, driving me to pursue my goals with unwavering resolve. I believe in relentless persistence, navigating through challenges and setbacks with a problem-solving mindset. Giving up has never been an option for me; instead, I view obstacles as opportunities to reassess my approach and adapt my strategies while staying true to my pursuit of excellence.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
While I’m not usually one for tourist attractions, if my best friend were visiting New York for the first time, I’d want to show them some of the city’s most iconic sights. Over the course of a week-long trip, here’s what our itinerary might look like:
Day 1: Arrival and Welcome Dinner
– Welcome my friend with a delicious dinner at a cozy restaurant in Manhattan, like Balthazar or L’Artusi, to kick off their trip in style.
Day 2: Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island
– Take a ferry to visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, exploring the rich history of immigration in New York City.
Day 3: Central Park and Museum Day
– Spend the morning strolling through Central Park, enjoying a picnic lunch by the Bethesda Terrace.
– In the afternoon, visit one of the city’s renowned museums, such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art or the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).
Day 4: Broadway Show and Times Square
– Attend a Broadway show in the evening, experiencing the magic of live theater in the heart of Times Square.
Day 5: Brooklyn Exploration
– Take a day trip to Brooklyn, starting with a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge for stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.
– Explore Brooklyn’s vibrant neighborhoods, like Williamsburg and DUMBO, stopping for brunch at a trendy cafe and browsing local shops and galleries.
Day 6: Food Tour and Shopping
– Embark on a food tour of New York City, sampling diverse cuisines from around the world in neighborhoods like Chinatown, Little Italy, and the Lower East Side.
– Spend the afternoon shopping in SoHo or browsing the boutiques of Fifth Avenue, picking up souvenirs and unique finds along the way.
Day 7: Farewell Brunch and Mingles Lounge
– Bid farewell to my friend with a leisurely brunch at a charming cafe, reminiscing about our adventures over mimosas and pancakes.
– In the evening, head to Mingles Lounge for a fun night out, enjoying live music, delicious cocktails, and dancing until the early hours.
Throughout the week, I’d also make sure to introduce my friend to some of my favorite local haunts, from cozy coffee shops to hidden gem restaurants, ensuring they get a true taste of life in New York City.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my amazing support system, which includes my parents, siblings, friends, and colleagues. Their constant encouragement, guidance, and unwavering support have been instrumental in shaping me into the person I am today. Whether it’s providing a listening ear, offering valuable advice, or simply being there for me, their presence has been a source of strength and inspiration. I am truly grateful for each and every one of them and the role they have played in my life’s journey.
