Hi Nyckki, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success as a realtor is my ability to build relationships. I have learned that I am in a people oriented business and I need to be able to successfully connect with people in order to build trust. I am a very friendly person , very approachable and I have a lot of drive, all of these factors help my brand be successful.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a Realtor in the Atlanta area. There are many things that set me apart from others because of my uniqueness and what my personality brings. I am very knowledgeable of the market. I have great communication and negotiation skills. I am committed to providing my clients with excellent service. I got to where I am today because of my fearless drive and dedication to be the best at what I do. This was not an easy process and I overcame my challenges with knowledge and overcoming any fears that I may have had. I have learned the importance of communication, being patient, organized and also being a good negotiator. I want the world to know that I am dedicated to my clients and you will always receive top notch service from me,

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting the Atlanta area I would definitely show her the best time ever. I would show my best friend the downtown area first then head to the Little Five Points area because I am there a lot. I also would go to Ponce City Market because there are fun things to do and great entertainment and drinks all in one spot. There are so many nice eateries in the Atlanta area and all over. I think I would just let my best friend pick what she would want to eat because I am sure she would not go wrong. This is why I love Atlanta! There are so many things to do and places to go. What I named was not much compared to even more things that are out there. The sky is the limit!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to shoutout Bolst. Bolst has made my journey as a Realtor a great experience and I am so greatful for that.
