Meet Steffani Salter | Light Coach & Global Thought Leader

We had the good fortune of connecting with Steffani Salter and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Steffani, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
I value authenticity. Authenticity is being our true self wherever we are in life. I believe most people struggle with being authentic because they don’t get many opportunities to find out who they truly are. Those that are brave enough to embark on their authenticity journey find that there aren’t many safe spaces that welcome who they are. This is another reason why I created Divine Gypsy Urban Ashram, so that people can have a safe space that nurtures and welcomes their whole authentic self.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have been a certified transformational life coach for over 14 years. I also spent over 10+ years as a domestic violence and human trafficking advocate. I got the privilege of doing impactful work as a delegate for the United Nations and had the honor to work with NGO’s and private companies to serve as a consultant for leadership and organizational health. All my years as a coach, I have come to innerstand that everyone’s journey is beautifully complicated. Many of us juggle so many roles that we have forgotten the main character. Our true self.
When I went through my awakening in 2013 after experiencing my third miscarriage, I had tried everything to restore my wellbeing. I began going back to church. The doctors put me on anxiety medication, I tried to rest, exercise, and well, do everything the books tell you to do. However, nothing was working. I did not have the luxury to go off to a foreign country for months on a wellness pilgrimage. I have found that most people aren’t able to put their entire lives on hold and escape to an Ashram in India to attain spiritual enlightenment, we have to awaken in real time with real life happening. When I met my spiritual teacher Maria Castillo she taught me how to tap into my power. I learned techniques for energy healing such as pendulum dowsing, chakra realignment, scrying, sound therapy, and more. I applied these to my life and and it absolutely changed my life.
Divine Gypsy Urban Ashram encompasses my life coaching practice and my energy healing practice. It is a sacred space for the spiritual traveler. A community where the whole person is welcomed. I love helping people as they embark on their journey towards enlightenment. This could mean having richer relationships, being more fulfilled in their everyday lives, connecting to their purpose, living an abundant life, tapping into their Clair senses, and more.
No matter where your walk with life may take you, the steps to the Ashram will lead you to a higher perspective of your life experiences.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would definitely want to capture our experience together, so I would reach out to one of the most talented videographer and film producer in the city, Charles Blu, owner of NEBU Motion. We would start our day with a work out at Abb’s muscle and fitness gym. We would then grab a bite at Tassili’s Raw Reality Cafe. Get our beauty and wellness at Sabour Beauty Salon and Wellness. I would also visit my favorite metaphysical store and grab some crystals, sage, and more at Pure Intentions Bre’. We would have an Iridology consultation with TK owner of Ritual Herbs. I would have the incredible Chef Razia Sabour put together one of her award winning soulful dishes for us to enjoy. We would then enjoy a walk along the labyrinth at Unity North Atlanta. We would end our day with a wonderful meditation at Piedmont Park.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I am also grateful for my Ascended Master Jesus Christ, my spirit guides, angels, and ancestors who provide protection and provision every single second of my life. I am eternally grateful for my spiritual teacher Maria Castillo. I am also grateful for my life partner Adolphus Salter who has been such an anchor of support. I want to extend my thanks to my sister, co-creator, and person, Lynetta Powell who has been down with me since day one. I am grateful to my mother for her love and support. I am ever so grateful for my sistercuzes ,which is a group comprised of my cousins and sisters. They are the some of the most wise, loving, and powerful women I have ever known. I am also grateful for my family and friends whose love consistently flows in my life.
