We had the good fortune of connecting with Courtney Muzac and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Courtney, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
Other than working for myself, another important decision I made was to listen to my inner voice and not allow others to mute me

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I can meet people where they are and help them achieve the steps to where they want to be. I inspire the mute to utilize their voice by sharing their stories and experiences. I am the proudest and excited about the power that is within our stories. I always keep in mind that a little girl somewhere is waiting for me to share. And if she is waiting for me, I know a little girl is waiting for you. I get excited watching women transform and own who they are at their core. I did not get where I am overnight. I think that is the first thing. We tend to expect things to just happen without work, effort, or consistency. Honestly, the work is not easy. There are days I do not want to get out of bed or work on that project. Sound familiar? However, those are the moments I have to push harder and show myself compassion while I make my way OUT OF THE BED! The biggest challenge I had to overcome was loving myself. It was easy for me at one point to put others before me. To cherish others the way I wanted to be cherished. I had to release a lot of hurts and take responsibility. Self-love, self-care, and self- discovery all go hand in hand. It is a never-ending process. I do not say that to scare you but to give you the reality check. Nothing worth having is going to happen overnight and that is the challenge in itself. I want the world to know once we step InCourage All Things Are Possible. Courage can carry you a long way. My role is to InCourage you to take lead and manifest the life you are destined to have.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and Foremost I have to Shoutout the Most High. Without the Most High covering my steps and placing the right people into my life. I do not know where I would be. The right people including my family, Shanel Cooper-Skyes, and Millionaires Time. Thank You for always pouring into me.
