We had the good fortune of connecting with Dalle Garcia and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dalle, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
As a natural creative my spirit has always been entrepreneurial even before I understood. Having vision along with the desire to help people. My thought pattern and execution always surrounded itself on solving problems. Always had people tell me their issue and most of the time I had a solution. That is my Super Power.

What should our readers know about your business?
Gold Crown Credit was in business way before it was registered. I was a mortgage consultant, real estate agent and investor before the 2008 crash. We had a good run before things just took a halt. I have helped so many achieve the “so-called” American Dream with homeownership not realizing what was about to happen. So many of my clients were negatively amortized and could not refinance on adjustable rate mortgages. A big mess which led many of them in the path of foreclosure.

Who did they call? Of course, I felt responsible in some way to assist and discourage fear. I became a foreclosure specialist and working on personal credit due to all of these unfortunate scenarios. Seeking solutions to help people. Many of them I helped to keep their homes. This is what sets me apart! The willing will always find a way! The desire for a positive outcome is the energy applied to everything I do. I have faith and I work it!

I am proud of starting from nothing and growing my business to a six figure business and still growing! It was far from easy. It came with rolling up my sleeves and putting in the work alone before I had a team. I overcame the challenges by building my own business credit to leverage funding to be able to re-invest in my company and create passive income. No help or support from anyone! I believed in myself and kept my eye on the prize. I saw that what I offer was different because of my level of expertise in different sectors of what clients needed and wanted.

I learned so many lessons. From people coming close to learn what I did and how I did it to copy. I learned not all that solicit you for services are your client. Most businesses are operating with a disorganized business profile and the main reason why they can not get access to funding. There are so many people that need education and assistance with personal finances, investments and exit strategies.

I want the world to know that everything I do is for the betterment of people! Helping others is my testimony to my own reality because more than likely I have experienced it. Applying the knowledge of my experiences in my own life and business is the model.

My faith in the MOST HIGH and what is in my spirit are gifts bestowed upon me to offer the world. Yes we get paid for services but the passion of assisting people and business owners from one point to a higher point is what I get satisfaction from. Truly helping those that listen and follow the instructions will achieve success. We change lives and improve them. I plan on leaving this world better than I found it!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
This is an awesome question because I am so curious about new experiences. So our itinerary will look something like this:

We would be eating/drinking at the following restaurants:

Le Bilboquet
Le Colonial
Marcel Steak House
Hal’s Steak House
Toast for Brunch
Alon’s Bakery at Phipps Plaza

We would visit and hang out at:

Stone Mountain
Chateau Elan Winery
Centennial Olympic Park
Phipps Plaza & Lenox Mall
Martin Luther King & Coca Cola Building
Georgia Aquarium
Regis Spa Day
Perspire Sauna Studio
Porsche Driving Experience

So much I tried to narrow it down so hard lol

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to shout out my Grandmother Jacie and Mother Annie. Both have transitioned and were immigrants in this country. My Grandma Jacie arrived from the Dominican Republic in the early 70’s and then sent for my Mom soon thereafter.. Imagine not knowing English and having to get settled. My grandmother was able to get a job at a factory. I remember her being an amazing seamstress. She would make our dresses and hair bows. She resided in the Bronx, New York where I was born and raised. Many times I wonder where will I be if that move was not made. It takes courage and I am forever grateful for their contribution to my upbringing.
