Hi Terry & Aaron, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The business started from a desire to build a family business and provide an income and opportunity for generations.

What should our readers know about your business?
Rosem Capital Investments LLC. is composed of a group of experienced real estate professionals committed to fulfilling our clients’ needs and goals while making the process selling a property simple and hassle-free. The types of transactions we do are, but not limited to, buying properties for rental purposes, fix and flipping, land development, and wholesaling.

We are most proud of our reputation of being transparent and problem-solvers. We have earned this reputation by working hand in hand with our clients and legal teams providing creative solutions in problematic situations. We help clients with the tough stuff like title issues that are restricting them from selling or buying a property as well as issues with properties that are restricting the sale to retail buyers funded by lenders.

We will also go as far as helping clients relocate by finding them new homes/living arrangements when they are selling and even helping them physically move.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of my favorite local breakfast’s spots in Cafe Social House, since I live in Cobb County. It’s nice to stay decently close to home in the AM.

For lunch I would take them to Slutty Vegan so can experience it, and because it’s a trendier staple of Atlanta.

Lastly, for dinner I would take them to Pascal’s. Not only for the legacy and ambiance but for the food. It’s one of the best tasting restaurants in Atlanta.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The company’s name is derived from the names of two very impactful people to the lives of the founders. The company name is Rosem Capital Investments LLC. Rosem is a blend of the nickname “Rosebud” and the first name “Mary”.

Rosebud was the childhood nickname of Thornton Jeffries my great uncle. Thornton was a very significant influence in my life as he taught me true fortitude, the notion to forever seek knowledge, and compassion.

Mary is the first name of my grandmother, and my father’s (Terry) mother. My grandmother was extremely influential in both of our lives, particularly my father’s. She was his best friend, guidance counselor, and mentor.

Both Thornton Jeffries and Mary Washington are guardian angels to the family today. In addition to them, there are many others that have contributed to where we are today, growing a business that we pray will continue to be fruitful for years to come.
