Other than deciding to work for myself, the single most important decision I made that contributed to my business’ success was building a team. I started my business as a solopreneur, but being an entrepreneur at heart, I eagerly awaited the day when I could hire my first employee. My goal was always to build my business with the hope of growing into a much larger company with key members to manage diversified roles. I create personalized gifts for other small businesses (realtors, wedding planners , etc) to give to their clients.
