Meet Archie Stewart | Systems and Operations Strategist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Archie Stewart and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Archie, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
The most important lesson I’ve learned in business is that what may work for most people may not work for you. In the online industry, it’s so easy to get caught up in everyone’s highlight reels and what everyone says works for them. I’ve learned, especially this year, that your business is just that, YOURS, and you have to march to the beat of your own drum. Or else you will burn yourself out trying to be like everyone else.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own CROWNed Enterprises, LLC, a systems and operations management company. I am also a Dubsado Coach and Systems consultant. CROWNed was birthed in November of 2018 when I was just starting as a Virtual Assistant and every year has just been so sweet, sweeter than the year before. As a Virtual Assistant, I learned quickly that I am an amazing visionary and strategic partner so, in 2021, I pivoted to strictly coaching and offering systems setups on a project basis. It has not been easy in the slightest but the ride has been worth every mile.

As an entrepreneur, if you’re afraid to fail, you can’t succeed. Every decision you make is really a test of faith. You don’t know if something will work or if your idea will be a success. You can do all the research and probe your audience all you want but you really don’t know. There is fulfillment in the in-between though. It’s important to understand and get past the fact that your friends and family likely won’t understand you and they probably won’t support your business. There’s nothing wrong with that, they aren’t your customer.

I love systems, processes, and operations so much because I’m forever trying to figure out how to make things work. It’s interesting that I didn’t become an engineer haha! I want the world to know that my brand and story is one that is ever evolving.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My mentors Ashley Joy Sutton and Torrie Chatman. They’ve been on my life journey with me all of my entrepreneurial life and Torrie, since I was in college. They have guided me to discover the kind of woman and business owner I want to be so that I can impact the lives of others and not just myself. They helped this little caterpillar bloom into a beautiful butterfly. I wouldn’t be half of the confident, bold, and powerhouse that I am without their leadership, sisterhood, and mentorship.

There are so many other women that have played a part in my journey but these two ladies ignited it all in me first.
