Hi Steve, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I honestly started my business out of pure frustration due to the fact that I was in between jobs and I really needed something to help fill in the blanks. So I was brain storming and I came with painting rooms.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I honestly started with placing ads on craigs list painting a few rooms at a time and placing flyers all over the place & finding new clients. In the beginning it was a lots of learning curves through trail and error and learning to perfect my craft. And also learning how to say no and not to bite off more than what I can chew, and most importantly is to stay consistent and provide good customer service. And what I want the world to know anything is possible through hard work and Dedication.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Any place that serves Moscow mules and have good food and good vibes
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I honestly want to give a shoutout to the man above without him nothing is possible and my mom for being my support system and also being inspired by other young black entrepreneurs making things happen.
