Sherilyn Bennett | CEO, Creative Director, Brand Manager, Crew Talent Agent

That’s an interesting story. When I was in high school I was told I had to chose two elective classes. I know the dark ages, just hang in there with me. I remember thinking let me chose art because it can’t be that hard. I had no idea that choice was about to lead me down such an awesome path! I feel in love with art. After high school graduation I attended art school. I graduated and began my career as a news artist at my local hometown newspaper. Shortly after that I was offered a job at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution in the news art department. I took the leap from news to marketing 10 years later. News art wasn’t my passion but advertising and marketing was. I loved it! I became an award-winning designer while working at the AJC in their marketing department. Read more>>

Bobby Starr | Actor, Influencer, & Comedian

Well, ideally for me, I always just desired to be successful at something. There was never a purpose in recreating the exact Life, that my mom was working so hard to get me out of. So considering our circumstances since birth it was always a if not you then who kind of thing. I grew up in North New Jersey until I was 12 years old so just like many of us my first dream or ideal life goal was to be a successful basketball player. Although in the back of my mind, the idea of being an actor did have my attention as well. I honestly believe that if somebody successful within the tv & film industry had been around me as a child, I probably never would have pursued basketball as far as I did. That’s just how huge my interest was at the time; although I did know I was very good at basketball. Read more>>

GB The G1ft | Musician & Entertainer

I have always been somewhat of a socialite or natural entertainer. I enjoy making people happy and spreading positive vibes so a creative career was always around the corner. I attended performing arts school in elementary and was always taught to be a unique individual from people like my grandmother who was a politician and author. Growing up, I never shied away from the spotlight or being the center of attention so in many ways I groomed myself for this type of career from an early age. Sticking to the status quo was also never a good fit for me so I gravitated to more spontaneous expression and using my imagination. Read more>>

Angie De Aramburu | wellness studio

Your mind, art, creation and interactions are never the same in service based careers. Usually creative people have a gift of having an eye or multiple talents, where doing 1 thing the same everyday is not fulfilling. For me, the conversations I have with clients are unique and different so it’s a beautiful, diverse interaction every day. When I spray tan, every canvas/body is beautifully different and I get to work with mixing colors to achieve radiance for each person. Overall to me my career doesn’t feel monotone or boring, I wake up looking forward to it. Read more>>

Adia Hall | Bling Artist

I grew up going to dance class and I stuck with it for over 10 years so with that comes a lot of glitz and glam. Getting pretty, and wearing makeup and glitter has always brought me joy. With dance comes creative expression and that creative expression spilled over into being able to work with my hands to make things look beautiful. It was kind of a no-brainer for me to be creative because my creativity started at a young age. Read more>>
