Well let’s just say that this isn’t an easy industry to get into and that you must have a sense of obsession. Even just getting started it takes a lot. From what I’ve learned and experienced so far on this journey, it’s an industry that is very competitive and it takes the right mindset, skillset and dedication to be able to progress. It takes work! The thing about beauty is “she” is VERY high maintenance. Speaking from a beauty content creator’s point of view, to make one 15 sec video can literally take 4-5 hours. You are your own boss, director, producer, editor. You kind of have to learn bits and pieces along the way. Artists are sensitive creatures. We see all six shades of green in that one tree, notice the shadows and the light. When we work, we can become totally engaged, lose track of time, not eat or sleep or drink water. We work with cuts, burns, smudges, paint, pencils and power tools.
