One piece of conventional advice I disagree with is, society’s definition of success. The concept of success is subjective and success isn’t one-size-fits-all. As individuals we define what success is for ourselves, therefore I do not believe there is a single path to achieving success in life. It’s not about society’s expectations because our path to success is ours alone to forge. It’s a deeply personal destination, unique to each of us. I strongly dislike the idea that you have to overwork yourself to achieve your goals. I think everything is about your perspective and mindset. And if you believe that things have to be hard for you before they get better, then that’s what it will be. I believe in balance in all aspects of your life. Having a diverse skill set allows for greater adaptability and creativity. It provides a foundation that can be applied in various situations, making one more versatile and resilient.
