After I learned about The Be Do Have Model from my life coach, I began to focus on what I want my life to look like spiritually, mentally, emotionally, financially, and socially. The model is simple and of course, easier said then done. In order to have what you want, you have to do what needs to be done. In order to do what needs to be done, you have to be the person who does those things and vice versa. The most important part, being DO. So for me, I feel most happy when I’m engaging in activities that serve my best self. That includes learning something new, trying new things, strengthening my family unit, visiting new places, positive social interactions, reading, working on my research, lighting a candle after a long day, getting my nails done, and much more. The local art consultants who place my work in hotels and office buildings around the city and nationally. I, especially enjoy helping my Atlanta friends with their branding, design and websites.
