What do you want your legacy to be?

Ever since the first time I was 6-7 years old watching music videos & listening to music in general, it always clicked in my head that is something in me had to give to universal period is touching people through express of art. The legacy I’m creating is based on “The Influence” that Corey B created all around and the impact that has came about since taking on the photography journey of a lifetime. In 2023 Corey B Photography goal was to showcase “The Moment” to display those highlights in life but the reality is that there are events in the behind the scenes of life that leads up to that “Moment” in life. For every “No” there will be a “Yes” eventually is what I like to tell upcoming creatives such as myself due to the simple fact I’ve been in there shoes when someone try to tell you what you can’t do and say that you aren’t good enough but in reality you can’t dwell on a hat was said. My advice 100% of the time is to give it your all and prove it yourself you can be great that’s when the doubters actually realize they loss out on something great. Read more>>

My legacy is intertwined with the vision of a brighter future for young minds, particularly those within the Black Boys Read Too Initiative in Buffalo, NY, which I co-founded with my friend Jelicia Jimenez. As I reflect on what I want to be remembered for, I envision a legacy of transformation in the realm of education. My journey began as a teacher in December 2020, recognizing it as merely the first step toward a more profound impact. The experiences in the classroom fueled my commitment to making a difference.
