We had the good fortune of connecting with Zephaniah Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Zephaniah, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
The habits that I believe help me the most are maintaining a relationship with God, having a clear vision, taking the time to rest, consistency in communicating what Think All Be All does, and continuing the learning, planning, executing, and revising process. All of these things in total shaped each decision that allowed me to succeed. Learning not to fear the process and trial and error is also immensely important for the journey. The most important part for me is having a relationship with God as I learn to live in purpose versus a trend. There is so much to having purpose for what I do that allows me to show up for the work and the community that I serve.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Think All Be All is an ever-growing and changing business. I am most excited about the impact on people and spaces that it has through investing in the people so they invest in the communities that each person is from. This has also been the most difficult part as well. Learning about what people have to deal with to have safe spaces to experiment, create, and collaborate has been quite the journey and provided a greater perspective on what it means to create and innovate.
It’s through communicating the brand and meeting people that I have been able to carve a name for Think All Be All. The other big part of the puzzle of success is continuing to build better relationships with the people and places that we already work with. Simply put investing in the community in any way that we can led to the opportunities and resources we have today.
I would say that anything is easy if you have an understanding and want to do it. The difficulty shows up when you want to get into something new to you. That could be meeting someone new, trying a new concept, or learning something to better yourself and your business. In any case, taking the time and energy to show up for your goals is necessary. That is what gives me the push to overcome the challenges.
The greatest lesson that I have learned so far is that showing up for your purpose makes all the difference in the success of your business. The way that you do that looks different, but studying those that come before you can unlock pathways that are easily traversable for you. This is what Think All Be All is about.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would certainly take them to Lorraine’s Bakeshop, Prevail Coffee Union, BeYoutiful Boutique, Zizi’s Bee Company, The Learning Arts Center at The Armory, Tours of Montgomery, Island Delight, Shakespeare Festival for the theater and the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts.
There are also places like Cork and Cleaver, The Red Bluff, the Riverfront, and a few other places that I’m sure will come to mind after this interview! Lol
Each of these places is successful in its own right and does a good job and showcasing the range of things that are available to each demographic!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Dedicating this shoutout to God, my family and friends, and the creative community that I live in and serve. There are a lot of people that go unnoticed in some spaces. but contribute a ton to the community that is being built around us. There are also people that I have yet to meet and work with that I am just excited to have an opportunity to work with!
