Hi Wuanique, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Being knowledgeable and able to step into any role or aspect of my business is by far the most important factor to my success. Throughout the years, I learned that it is vital that I am able to fulfill any needs that arise so that I don’t have to solely depend on others.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets NGS apart from others is that we focus on inclusivity and providing a first class experience for all participants. I like to think of NGS as the Chick-Fil-A of youth sports. NGS has gotten to where it is today by being persistent and providing valuable experiences. This has not always been easy, we’ve had to overcome many obstacles such as getting others to support and believe in our brand, especially with the gender biases that are often present in a male dominated industry. I would like the world to know that Next Generation Sports focuses on our consumers first and ensuring that they receive the experience that they sought after. We have a genuine passion for cultivating youth sports, and we strive to exemplify that in all of our experiences.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a shoutout to not just one individual but to my entire staff. From the site director, to the personnel director, the score keepers and officials, the media team, and the scouts, it truly takes all of us to be successful in this venture.
