We had the good fortune of connecting with Victoria Foreman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Victoria, what are you inspired by?
Inspiration comes from connection. Everything in the world is connected in some way or form. For me fashion is tied to music. Fashion, like music, creates emotions, through its loud colors or bold patterns you feel more confident or sexy.

I am inspired by my upbringing of old fashioned, country living in Tennessee. It is a bit of my heritage that I can’t change. It was the multiple pictures and photo albums that my grandmother kept. Her quilted blankets made from pieces of her life.

Everything I’ve lived through inspires my next steps. Most importantly showing my family that there are other ways to be happy and to make a living. I want to show them anything is possible!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart is that I want to showcase who someone is through their clothing, or who they want to be! I ceeate looks from both full price or thrifted and revamp these styles to best suit my client. I can literally make anything work!

Where I am is still in the beginning! It has always been the task of believing that I can do more, and follow through before I convince myself otherwise otherwise.

I am more than a stylist! I am limitless at what I can do and so is everyone else. Once I stopped attempting to be everyone else, I found me. Being your authentic, genuine, self

What the world should know about my brand is that it is indeed a lifeSTYLE.
I want others to step outside of their comfort zones and find new ways to style themselves. I want everyone to feel good in their own skin, to understand that every body is made differently, and to embrace their differences.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This may be my favorite question so far! My friends and I love to eat! So number 1 we are going to go brunch hopping here in Atlanta.

Fellaship (live music, great food)

Once we’re done brunching a beautiful day in the park to just sit and chat with wine or nap in the specialized tents **yes that is a thing**

Oh and last we would go to the Black Hair Experience to take photos.

It is a full day, packed with making memories all around the city!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to shout out God as number 1. I continue to step into rooms where I once dreamt of. I thank my mom and dad for their support even when they weren’t sure how everything would work out. My friends and sisters who continue to love on me.

My mentor Pauleanna Reid! She is the best at what she does and pushed me to get after everything I wanted!

I want to shoutout all of my future mentors in the fashion industry who continue to put in work!
