We had the good fortune of connecting with Victoria Foreman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Victoria, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
It certainly depends on your desired industry, but mine is public speaking.
1 of the habits I picked up is listening to story tellers, orators, preachers, really anyone who caught my ear. In other words submerge yourself in it to really understand the emotions, the pitch, and dictate what did it make you do after listening. Words are powerful we have to be wise in who or what we listen to.

The 2nd would be changing who I am listening to with music. It was one of the harder decisions but necessary.

The 3rd is being intentional with my day and time. The mornings are usually led with a gratitude prayer and meditation. Whenever you can you should. Also, just being intentional with my energy and places that I share it. If it’s not a full body yes to go (Mind, Body. Spirit) then it’s typically a no for me to be apart of that room.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My career has had a lot of ups and downs starting with resigning from my full-time job in 2022 and then beginning entrepreneurship immediately after. Nearly a year later, I finally decided to get back into the corporate world after going through some mental health challenges. I realized although I’m a creative, the structure in showing up to an establishment or showing up with and for others was what I needed in unstable times.

It hasn’t been easy, in fact it is exhausting work with a 9-5 and 5-Grind. However it is the most rewarding. To see everyone, to hear their stories and comments on how everything is always warms my heart and is a reminder to keep going.

I’ve learned not to limit my ideas, to ask for help, to always make room for others when it alligns, you don’t have to be perfect (give yourself grace), stay focused & learn your distractions plus how to counter them, ask God how good it can get!) No matter what don’t lose your faith there will always be things or people that try to knock you off of your journey, but find your way back and don’t just rely on your strength.

My brand is built on authenticity. It comes from self discovery and failures. I wasn’t always “Her” and in many ways I’m still not. The brand of Fearless is about being bold in taking calculated risks, but also adding in grace, style, confidence with your own wardrobe. I’m not racing to get to the end but I am walking with a knowing that it always works out.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If you want a good time with me keep an open mind with the Itenerary because I like to go with the flow!

For instance, I love to go on morning walks when it is still cool outside birds chirping, then grab breakfast or brunch at Toast on Lenox.

For food and events I usually check out HungryHomegirl’s page for the deets on what’s happening for the day or month. Once we pick out a restaurant we usually pick out a place to get content or network because we’re building wealth.

For my nature driven friends I really like the beltline, sitting at the various bars and meeting new people. If we’re in the mood far nature, we’ll probably head to Sandy Springs for the waterfalls. Little five points is also a favorite for thrifting and getting our natural oils and just generally walking around.

Movies are also a thing so if it’s raining and we want something chill a good ole matinee or stay and order in is also my vibe! In fact I’ve become more of a homebody lately. When it comes to a good time, I go with the flow and of course the GA weather.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I could not have done this without number 1 God, my parents, family, friends, supporters, from all around. Thank you for keeping me accountable to my word on wanting to change the world through community. To my Fearless Brunch Crew, you all keep me going!
