Hi Tyeisha, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
What habits I feel that help me succeed in my business was truly having Faith and also having a positive mindset. With hard work and dedication is what truly let me see the fruit of my business.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am the CEO & owner of Tye’s Creations. I have been in the event planning industry for the past seven years. I design all type of events from baby showered, birthday parties, weddings ect. What sets me apart in my business is that I’m able to motivate others in reaching their dreams as I reach my dreams in the event planning industry. What I’m most so excited about in my business is being able to bring any vision that my clients may have into a reality.How I got to where I am currently is with FAITH, hard work & dedication. Reaching goals is not an easy task but with perseverance anything is possible & that’s what has helped me over the years. A few lessons I’ve learned over the years is to have contracts in place and seek for good people who have a. passion to do what it is you do to join your team. What I want the world t know about me is that I’m a young lady who started with nothing but turned that nothing into something and that they can do the same with reaching their goals in life. I also want them to know to keep God First in everything they do & NEVER GIVE UP ON THEIR DREAMS!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take my best friend to Dubai. Dubai is somewhere I’ve always wanted to visit. During our stay we would stay at one of the famous hotels that is known for having rooms under water. We would visit lots of different restaurants and go shopping!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Hello my name is Tyeisha Smith. I’m an Event planner/designer based in Kankakee Illinois. I will be soon be relocating to Atlanta Georgia in the next month in hopes to expand my business. If I would give credit to someone in my story it would be the great Les Brown. Over the years I have listened to many of his motivational speeches & have the honor to meet him in person.
