We had the good fortune of connecting with The Fuller Sisters and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fuller Sisters, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
The habits that we believe contributed significantly to our success include: -Reading: Constantly seeking knowledge and wisdom from books has expanded our understanding and perspective, enabling us to make informed decisions.
-Self-discipline: Cultivating the discipline to stay focused on our goals, even when faced with distractions or challenges, has been crucial in achieving success.
-Routine: Establishing a consistent routine has provided structure and stability, helping us stay organized and productive in pursuit of our objectives.
-Leadership: Developing leadership skills has empowered us to inspire and motivate others, fostering teamwork and collaboration toward shared goals.
-Risk-taking and self-trust: Embracing risk and trusting our instincts has allowed us to step outside of our comfort zones, seize opportunities, and grow both personally and professionally.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We’re Breanna and Michaela, but most folks know us as “the Girls” or “the Fuller Sisters.” Our journey into entrepreneurship began when we were just 20 and 23 years old, with the creation of Fuller Nutrifuel, our meal prep company based right here in Seattle. We’re all about crafting delicious, macro-friendly meals and delivering them straight to our customers’ doorsteps. Let us tell you, diving into the food industry wasn’t easy—we faced all sorts of challenges, from figuring out overhead costs to finding the best ingredients and scaling up our operations. But eight years later, Fuller Nutrifuel is still going strong, serving up tasty dishes all over Seattle. As you get to know us more, you will learn that we’re always up for a challenge! That’s why we decided to expand our entrepreneurial horizons and launch Table and Tines, our catering company. We’re talking charcuterie boards that’ll blow your mind, fresh appetizers that’ll leave you craving more, and dinners and buffets fit for any occasion. Now, here’s the thing about us—we’re not just about business. We’re all about personal growth too. That’s why we’ve made it a priority to work on ourselves, both inside and out. We’ve learned a ton along the way, and we wanted to share that knowledge with others. That’s where the P.A.V.E.D Podcast comes in. It’s our way of giving back, sharing our journey, our wins, and the lessons we’ve learned to inspire and guide others in finding their own purpose and passions in life. See, we truly believe that everyone has the potential to live a purpose-driven, fulfilling life. And through our work, we’re on a mission to help empower folks to chase their dreams and make them a reality. So, whether you’re a foodie looking for your next meal or someone seeking a little inspiration, we’re here for you every step of the way.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Heres a glimpse at how we would spend time with our guests in Seattle!

Alright, so for Day 1, in the morning, we’ll start by hitting up Pike Place Market. It’s this bustling spot with tons of cool vendors, and you’ve gotta grab a coffee from the OG Starbucks while you’re there. Oh, and don’t forget to pick up some fresh flowers—they’ve got the best selection. Then, in the afternoon, we’re gonna take a sea plane tour. Trust me, the views are insane. You’ll get to see all of Seattle from up above—it’s totally worth it. For dinner, we’re heading to The Butcher’s Table. It’s this swanky place known for their amazing steak dinners in a really classy setting.

Now, onto Day 2. We’ll kick things off by hopping on a ferry to Bainbridge Island. It’s this quaint little spot with cute shops and galleries, plus the waterfront views are stunning. After that, we’ll head over to Woodinville Wine Country for some wine tasting at a few of the top wineries in the region. Then, when we get back to Seattle, we’ll chill out at Deep Dive for some killer cocktails in a really cool atmosphere.

Day 3’s all about relaxation. We’ll start with a sound bath at the Seattle Sound Temple—it’s this super peaceful experience that’ll help you unwind and reconnect with yourself. Then, we’ll hop on Rad Power Bikes and cruise along the Sammamish River Trail, taking in all the beautiful scenery. For the evening, if it’s football season, we might catch a Seahawks game, or we can head to The Nest rooftop bar for cocktails with a killer view of the city.

Finally, for Day 4, we’ll check out of our hotel and head to Leavenworth for a little weekend getaway. Once we’re there, we’ll get situated at The Post Hotel and treat ourselves to a spa weekend! Then, we’ll grab dinner at Larch for some amazing food and finish off the night with a soak in the hot tub and enjoying the hotels complimentary dessert.
