Meet Tetaisha Hunter: Intuitive Empath, Spiritual Lightworker & Life Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tetaisha Hunter and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tetaisha, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk taking is beautiful because it uncovers the true essence of your soul, allowing hidden treasures of yourself to be revealed to the world. I took a risk when I finally decided to share my spiritual gifts because I feared what people would think about me, especially my close family and friends. I feared being judged negatively because being spiritually gifted is not a lifestyle everyone easily accepts and/or may view it in a dark manner. Now, I’m taking a leap of faith to share that I have a gift from God/Spirit that I have never been publicly open about. However, the last 4 years I have been transforming, growing and learning so much about myself from dealing with childhood traumas to past hurts to healing insecurities to embracing my uniqueness and much, much more. It has also enhanced my spiritual nature by evolving into my higher power and divine purpose as an interceder between humanity and Spirit as a Spiritual Lightworker, Intuitive Empath and Life Coach. At first I contemplated and questioned if I should share this gift, but then I prayed and received a loud ‘YES’; a confirmation that it is time because so many people are in need of healing and I knew I couldn’t delay it any further. My mission is to provide healing and a peace of mind through the messages I receive to help you on your journey of self-discovery, self-love, self-growth, self-confidence, self-healing, self-worth; anything your SELF needs to awaken your soul with messages from Spirit and also insight on love and relationships, family matters or career path guidance. I love to create an open, comfortable, non-judgmental atmosphere with positive energy while reassuring all readings are kept confidential and delivered in the purest form without forcing or imposing my thoughts or beliefs onto one’s life decisions. I make my clients fully aware that I do not label myself a psychic because free will, karmic cycles/clearings and divine timing always play a determining factor. However, I am a highly intuitive messenger who has helped family, friends, coworkers and complete strangers with accuracy regarding their situation and it’s been a blessing to witness their testimonies unfold. Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My first set of tarot cards are the traditional 1963 Marseille’s deck, gifted to me from a friend who is from an ancestral line of spiritual healers and readers. The cards were originally her grandmother’s who then gifted them to her mother who then gifted them to my friend. When she advised that she wanted to give them to me, I immediately declined because I felt the power of her family history and didn’t think I was suitable to inherit something of such sentimental value. She then said she knew from the moment she met me that they were meant to be passed down to me, that traditionally your first set of tarot cards are to be gifted to you meaning it is indeed your divine calling. And that’s when I knew.. Now, I refer to them as my ancestral deck and am very grateful for them. I never read tarot prior, studied tarot cards nor have any certifications regarding tarot education, I only watched horoscope readings or read magazine horoscopes, plus have always had a love for astrological, astronomy, the cosmos, constellations and shooting stars. I was always intrigued by the beauty of the galaxy and felt as though I was called to expand past the 3D dimensional mindset of our physical world and see deeper beyond the ‘unknown’ higher frequencies to discover the celestial beings we are in the 5D. l also always felt the energy of others emotions and/or intentions very heavy but never understood why until my spiritual gift came full circle. A favorite tool I mainly use are oracle cards because I feel they get to the heart of the situation, plus the pictures or a particular deck helps define the messages in more details. I never select a deck by my feelings, I simply go by the energy directed by Spirit at that time. We are all spiritual beings having a physical experience and some of us tap into it more naturally with an understanding that just because we are spiritual inclined does not mean it has to involve dark entities, dark magic, dark forces or anything of a dark negative influence. There are lightworkers such as myself who are here for the greater good of humanity by providing immense love and light without those dark forces being a factor. So, with all of that being said, I am not a traditional tarot/oracle card reader, I solely go by energy first along with the messages I channel from Spirit using the cards as a tool, clarity or confirmation, along with saying my prayer, saging and cleansing my space. My most requested reading are Messages from Spirit where I provide clients with the message without receiving any information or background about what they are going through which I have found has helped developed my gift by awakening my divine feminine powers and expand my starseed energies. Not everyone will understand this spiritual journey and that’s okay. I hope sharing my story inspires someone to exude their spiritual powers without feeling ashamed, afraid or confined to dim the glow within them that has the ability to help change the world for the better. The impossible is just a fragment of one’s imagination and being on this journey has proven the spiritual realm is more real than the reality we know and is filled with endless possibilities. This gift is bigger than me and I feel that my testimony is what sets me a part as a reader.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Some definite places to check out while in Atlanta are Phoenix & Dragons, Simply Strands, Lil 5 Points, The Loving Hut, Breakfast at Barneys, The Culture Experience Atlanta, The Battery and Ponce City Market. It’s an eclectic mix of places however are some of my favorite hangout spots that I love to explore.

I’m thankful for her spiritual friendship and belief in me. I want to sincerely thank all of my clients who have received a reading and/or referred new clients. Thank you to my family and close friends who have been very supportive of me and always inspire me to pursue my gift. If it wasn’t for them I honestly don’t think I would have had the courage to walk in my purpose. I love them all so much.
