Meet Tatiany Morales Irizarry | Artist Manager & Co-CEO

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tatiany Morales Irizarry and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tatiany, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is humility. Growing up my family always instilled in me to stay open-minded and this is something I have carried with me for years. Music is an ever-evolving industry and humility has kept me receptive to feedback and has enabled me to adapt and grow alongside the artists I work with. However, this factor has also kept me from believing the term of “true success.” I believe there is constant room for improvement and that it is the imperfections that keep careers alive, motivating us to push further and further.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As an artist manager, I’m passionate about helping artists grow their brands, seize opportunities, and navigate their careers with their best interests at heart. What sets me apart is not just my relentless work ethic but my genuine joy in seeing hard work translate into success. Witnessing milestones and achievements is one of the greatest rewards of this journey.

My passion for music management was sparked during my time at Middle Tennessee State University, where I was drawn to the student-run record label. That experience allowed me to collaborate with a variety of talented artists and build meaningful connections, some of which have continued beyond my time there.

Managing artists was a path I learned largely through experience—there was no guidebook, just trial, error, and a lot of growth. I’ve learned invaluable lessons along the way, such as the importance of fostering safe creative spaces, maintaining focus even when challenges arise, and embracing kindness and boundary-setting as foundational elements of professional success.

For me, every day is a chance to take meaningful steps forward, and I approach each opportunity with optimism and determination.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If a friend were visiting, one of the first places I’d take them would be Tanyard Creek Park, a peaceful and scenic trail near my home. There’s something so grounding about walking along the path, with the sounds of nature surrounding you—it’s a perfect reminder to slow down and savor the present moment. It would set the tone for a wonderful, relaxed week filled with exploration and connection.

Afterward, I’d definitely bring them to Atlantic Station, one of my favorite spots in the city. It’s got a great mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment. We could browse through popular stores like H&M and Banana Republic, where you can always find stylish pieces, or just window shop and enjoy the lively atmosphere. When hunger kicks in, Yard House and Hobnob are must-visit restaurants. Yard House has a vast menu that never disappoints, while Hobnob offers that warm, cozy vibe perfect for catching up over delicious Southern-inspired dishes.

Since I’ve only been living in Atlanta for about six months, I’m still uncovering new gems and meeting fascinating people all the time. Every week feels like a new adventure—whether it’s discovering a hidden café, attending a vibrant community event, or simply soaking in the diverse culture of the city. I love sharing that excitement with friends and showing them all the things that make Atlanta such an incredible place to live and explore.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
It took a village to get to where I am today. I have learned so much from the people around me from lessons, to wisdom, to overall knowledge. I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my family, for continuously supporting me and always motivating me to push forward. I’m not sure I would have gotten as far as I have without them. They are at the core of everything I do. My partner, for comforting my mind and constantly offering me words of encouragement in everything I do. The artists I work with everyday, fostering my growth and reminding me to embrace life’s lighthearted moments. Finally, to my best friends who have been nothing but loving, supportive and grounding through the years.
